Fruit Diet

Fruit diet is tough, so before you apply this diet, you must follow the consulting of a specialist doctor or a nutritionist to make sure of the safety of the body and that it’s free of disease and the possibility to follow the diet without a negative impact on health. In the case of approval to follow the diet fruit, the diet is composed of 7 days and you will lose 7 kg, at the end of the implementation of the diet. By following this diet, any person would lose one kilogram per day provided that you follow the program of the diet without modifying.
In the case of non-application of the diet as described, you must start again after consulting your doctor to start or to take a break , and in the case of the completion of the diet and the desire to lose more weight , more than 7 kg , you must take a break for a period of 3 days from the diet and then return to the diet again on a condition to avoid eating bread , sugar and bananas during the rest period.

Important notes before follow diet fruit:

  1. Fruits are used are pears , apples, oranges and tangerines
  2. Vegetables referred are chrome and offerings, lettuce, zucchini, coriander, watercress, peas, okra, parsley, eggplant, beans, and vegetables are eaten fresh or cooked with without oil.
  3. During the diet, you must use boiled eggs only, and milk should be less fat or none.
  4. During the fruit diet, you must refrain from eating sugar or sweetener and do the same thing with honey.
  5. Preferably you should take measures of body weight per day in the morning, after entering the bathroom and only with light weight pajamas. Recordings will encourage you to continue diet because it is tough and difficult.

Fruit diet program

  • The first day:
Breakfast : apple + orange
Lunch : fruit salad dish
Dinner : fruit salad dish and when you feel hungry eat some fruits .

  • The second day
Breakfast: 3 cucumbers + carrots + lettuce .
Lunch: salad of vegetables that are allowed during the diet provided boiling with chicken soup and without oil.
Dinner: green salad.

  • Third Day
Breakfast: a plat of mixture of fruit and vegetables that are allowed (by desire).
Lunch: Vegetable only without meat.
Dinner: salad, fruit or green salad.

  • The fourth day
Breakfast: 2 bananas + a glass of milk preferably zero fat.
Lunch: 3 banana fruits +2 cups of milk low fat or zero fat.
Dinner: 3 fruits banana + a glass of milk low fat or zero fat.

  • Day fifth, sixth and seventh
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + a glass of milk low fat or zero fat or a glass of orange juice or grapefruit (fresh no sweet).
Lunch: grilled or baked chicken, meat or fish.
Dinner: green salad or a dish of fruit salad.

And as you see the fifth day is repeated until the seventh day, on the condition to stop the diet after the seventh day, whatever the circumstances or causes.
For more weight loss you can consult your doctor to re-adopt the diet but after your body takes rest, because the diet as shown previously is poor in calories and essential nutrients needed by the body to perform all its functions as required without damaging health.

Without mentioning it, but you should drink water in large quantities, at least 8 glasses of water daily which helps greatly to lose weight and at the same time you should stop eating salt, sugar, or use them at the lowest possible proportion .
